Non Solicitation agreement - is this reasonable?

Additional Details:
Hi, I have been offered work as an independent contractor for a construction company in Arizona.
The vendor agreement has this clause: "The Subcontractor¿s agreement not to solicit clients
shall apply to every person who is or becomes a client of the Business during the term of this
Agreement, or who stops being a client of the Business during the term or this Agreement." Does
this mean I cannot solicit business from any of their clients besides the client that I am
performing work for? Even if I haven''t done work for those other clients? Thanks, this is
pretty urgent and an answer would be appreciated.

Yes, that's exactly what it means.
