Thank you so much for that response! It''s like it was sent from heaven. I didn''t want to wear out my welcome here but have been struggling with the very thing you mentioned. It seemed counterintuitive to me to object to the answer and then ask for summary judgment since I would have said the pleadings were defective - therefore there would effectively be no pleadings upon which I could be asking for summary judgment! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
