Tamara L. Harper, Esq. has limited her practice to business law, copyright and trademark law, corporate formation and governance, labor law audits, estate planning and probate.  Her experience includes extensive work in the areas of business, corporate and intellectual property law and litigation in the areas of domestic violence, family law, and general civil litigation.

Ms. Harper’s philosophy regarding case management during litigation is to set the matter early on for mediation or resolution by other means such as arbitration.  Recognizing that the costs of litigation through trial can run into six digits, she focuses on preparing litigation budgets with clients and provides a clear and truthful analysis of the merits of the case.  She is known as an extremely aggressive litigator, once the matter proceeds to court, but also a highly ethical attorney during dispute resolution by means of mediation or arbitration and during settlement processes.

Tamara L. Harper is a member of the Los Angeles, and Ventura Bar Associations, American Bar Association and Business Law and Intellectual Property Law Sections of the State Bar of California, California CPA-Law Society,  Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and Kiwanis International.   Ms. Harper is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, 9th Circuit, and California Supreme Court.  Ms. Harper has argued cases before the California Appeals Court.  Ms. Harper is a graduate of Ventura College of Law where she was a member of the Student Bar Association and Dean of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and has practiced law for over 13 years.
